A barrister is actually facing prison just for reminding a jury they have the right to vote with their conscience. It’s a historic right that's been around for centuries, and if lawyers can't even mention it without risking jail time, it’s bad news for everyone's right to a fair trial. take a look and see if you’d like to sign too: https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/save-britain-s-juries #PoliyicsUK

every job description I see these days end with "...and various other business related task appropriate to this role." which basicly means management may ask you to do anything they decide the company needs doing.

No. They cross over so you physically cannot use both at the same time.
You choose one or the other, and if you only have one in stock, you don't have to go out and find the other type!

Any more open ended and it would be unenforcable. As it is they can force you to do anything that others in your role have agreed to do before.

hey! You were just "warned" that decline is because of the Iran war. Obviously as soon as the war ends demand is going to increase exponentially. Don't you understand that means they definitely still need that extra runway.

The area was named the fertile crescent specifically for river valleys, and what they were like over 3000 years ago. The area was already becoming dryer at that time, and about 60,000 years ago the whole Arabian peninsula was a jungle.
Also the war wasn't fought in the prime farming areas.

I did a CBT course a few years ago.
I thought it was very interesting but of no help at all because it was too "theoretical". I said the course seemed like it was aimed at students of mental health rather than the people who actually had problems. Sounds like that was actually just the way my brain chose to interpret it. Which made total sense as I couldn't stop thinking about this Terry Prattchett book thoughout the whole course.

they do program them before they hand them to you, but the reason for that is security. They could just program a specific key for every room and put the room numbers on them, but that is considered bad practice.

Not very well.
In my last job, someone from the training department lectured me about the importance of doing security training, because I deleted the unexpected e-mail from the outside company providing said training without clicking the link... They literally contradicted the training course they had supposedly done.
If you want a population with system security skills then you need system security to be taught in schools at all ages.

it's constantly at war because if the US, Russia, and/or Europe isn't starting wars there, it's selling weapons to warlords, dictators, and other repressive regimes there.
It's almost as if the massive oil companies and non middle eastern oil producing countries benefit from the instability of supply from there, and the sudden price hikes that result from these conflicts.

I suppose it depends on what people think the difference is between important, and very important.
To me the "very" suggests more important than average, which 80% can't be if every persons existence is as valid as anothers.

Because of how our election system works, if this were an actual General Election result Reform would probably be the largest party. Greens would be third.
