@ginny@social.ginny.today "you wouldn't download....."
Yes, yes I would if I could figure out how to do it and not get caught to impossible unfair piracy laws towards private people vs. corporations.

A little bubbly kpop for the jukebox - doubling as a mini kdrama as well :x
The song is a bit of a guilty pleasure for me - Cho A always shine, imo.

Some old school sound while EXID is working the gas station.
I've always liked the way they manage to integrate style/tempo switch-ups in their song, and this is no different.

@kevpeirce@aus.social What about the favourite button - does that work?
That seems vastly more important to me.
I've definitely lost all battles for the ethical and ecological usage of LLM/AI when colleagues happily create AI songs for whatever random, completely pointless, reason.
The enforced usage of LLM for work likely also diminishes the personal responsibility, I guess.
The cost of climate change is lost on too many, even as the countries are hit directly by them.
I suspect it's the catastrophic aspect that makes it seem too "abstract".
Or they just don't care about the world burning, because "it'll not affect them" directly right at this moment.
And none of them care about the ethical aspect of data.

@dev@discuss.systems ....... I feel like I missed out on a load of drug usage by dropping the economics field.

@TarkabarkaHolgy I agree fully and am in awe of those who can.
I wish I was smart enough to actually challenge the status quo, instead of simply becoming a victim of it.

@annaleen@wandering.shop I'd love feeds of what people had for lunch these days :D
(also actually serious - need inspiration for meals :) )

@Yehuda Obviously the buffaloes should buy enough of this crypto / bibles - so they can be pardoned.
It's their own fault for not being white autocratic rich people.

@everyday_light@mementomori.social it hits me more - I'm a sucker for a pretty real life moon or picture.
If I ever were to actually take up photography as a hobby - moon would be one of the main reasons I want to.
(next to fog/mist images :D)

@endrift@social.treehouse.systems Likewise, I'm blaming (overly) complex architecture on code bots as well.
Sure, we saw similar situations 10 years ago because somebody read a blogpost about mega corp X using tech/pattern Y - but now, it reeks of auto generated code.

@Fragglemuppet No idea what either of those are - so I'd say combine them for maximum enjoyment.

@Fragglemuppet That does not seem like an argument for not taking some of both :D
Although I did notice the usage of "had", right there ;)
A fun upbeat track for today; some (electro)swing to boost energy.

@sjvn@mastodon.social @theregister@geeknews.chat Oh noes, if only that was predictable..... oh wait.
I've absolutely fallen in love with this music number, so it's been a number of repeat-sprees
Oh My Girl - Secret Garden.
But there something so very familiar about the melody of the chorus that I feel I've heard before to the degree that it's driving me nuts :D
It might be the heat talking, but I'm getting increasingly annoyed by coworkers referring to Claude code as "he" and "him".
And apparently not even ironically.

@Dragofix@veganism.social Haven't really used miso as "spices" or "glaze" outside soups yet (I'm relative new to it)..... might try this/something like this.

@timdesuyo@mastodon.social @franksting@theblower.au yeah I saw the slides/origin - quite fun, from an ironic, facedesk perspective :D
Wasn't expecting such a widespread and fast reaction in general, but I think I've also managed to curate a timeline mostly with anti-AI people so ..... I guess that's a factor :D

@fesshole One of the worst of those placeholders I've seen was a corp address to some random place in different continent, only found well into production because somebody had tried to contact that address. (Glad it wasn't mine - I always go with Lipsum because of this :D)
Just cause I feel like it sharing a little music to brighten the start of another day.
I need it, so maybe others do as well - so sway along :)
