Living in BC (Vancouver Island), late of Toronto, raised in Montréal, & born elsewhere.
I am - in no particular order :
- queer (pan/bi, pick your gender-inclusive orientation)
- a nerd of various flavours
- extremely down on racists, TERFs, homophobes, nationalists, etc..
- disabled (mobility impaired, diabetic, & missing several organs I didn’t even know the purpose of until they had to be removed)
- a practitioner of an utterly random mix of Jewish & pagan practices
- a slut
- kinky
- in no particular order
Caveat : I use Bluesky as well as Mastodon and will occasionally reference it. I have no desire to argue the purported superiority of either. I’m tired of it. This same advisory (flipped around) is pinned to my BS profile, so rest assured it’s a broad policy. Block/mute me if that’s an issue for you.
To elaborate - Patreon is testing the waters via survey to see how much pushback they might get if they tried rolling out AI (again, IIRC). These were sent randomly to *some* creators, but not all. The link works for *anyone* that has a Patreon so….if you hate AI (uncommon as that is in creators) this is your chance to shine.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m officially switching to supporting the provincial Greens moving forward from here. The BC NDP should just admit that the acronym stands for “Neo-liberals Duping Progressives” and be done with it. This is grotesque, undemocratic, and unconscionable on every level.
