I am discovering #Vernissage and I just created my account there. I was surprised by the News section, which gives full transparency about donations and how the money was spent: https://vernissage.photos/news/7681636639113743034 Their discovery timeline is just beautiful! I was amazed. A question for artists: why isn't Vernissage better known? Are there barriers I haven't noticed?

📸 #Vernissage 1.8.0 is now available on the App Store! This update brings two new features:

  • New metadata-based timelines - explore photos taken with a specific camera, lens, or film.
  • On iOS 27, Vernissage can generate photo descriptions and tags using an on-device model.

We just released a new Pixelix update on GitHub. This one should fix some annoying issues and adds Editor's choice (Vernissage only)

  • Add Editor's choice tabs (Posts, Accounts)
  • Use full quality image on single post screen
  • Add default timeline tab setting
  • Bug fixes
