Back in May we visited WWT Welney. Out the front of the visitor centre a Moorhen was parenting chicks in the pond.
We watched as they floated around the pond and slowly made their way to the edge where they could climb out.

With all of the rain, I drove over to Canyon De Chelly to see if any of the dryfalls or pourovers were happening. The one I was hoping would be a nice waterfall was just a trickle, but I found a couple of others that were flowing pretty good. Anyway, first, here's a nice ancient cliff dwelling.
