For #MountainMonday: Clouds clearing from Atwell Peak, part of the Mount Garibaldi Massif (Nch'ḵay̓) in the Garibaldi Ranges of British Columbia. For #MacroMonday: Closeup of water drops on a lupine leaf after light rainfall. Lupines can be difficult to ID accurately, but these are likely Large-leaved Lupine (Lupinus polyphyllus), a native plant in British Columbia, Canada.

For #MountainMonday I have this photograph of Mount Woodside in the Fraser Valley of British Columbia. I was there to photograph eagles (https://www.mrussellphotography.com/blog/bald-eagles-harrison-mills-fraser-valley/) but these clouds around the treed slopes were too good to pass up!

@NunavutBirder@mas.to Does Darktable have organization features like the LR catalog? Heard mixed reviews on it as an editor but many great editors don't have those kinds of catalogue features. I think Capture One might though.

@alexskunz I did look those up and yeah, that looks.... tedious! 😅 Have you ever shelled peas though?
Assuming you've made all this before at least you know there is something tasty at the end of it.
I steam juiced the grapes, made jelly out of most of it, and saved some juice for a candy I want to make. The juice is still chilling in the freezer, as one might expect.

@alexskunz I made concord grape jelly in November. From grapes that I put in the freezer in 2022. I've seen how this works.

@alexskunz they are probably the most laborious thing I grow. Potatoes are just a lot of digging, not really tedium like peas.
How much jam are you going to have at the end of this kumquat spree?
