Replying to

@revk @greenpeace There is quite a big move away from lithium for just the reasons you make, sodium is looking good for bulk energy storage, lithium iron phosphate was developed to stop using nickel and cobolt and many other technologies are in the pipe line. The move away from scarce materials is in full swing, its not like the carbon economies where there are only a few use once type solutions 😃

Replying to

@mcv @Khrys@mamot.fr I do, it was done unilaterally without discussion. Even if it was technically correct and maybe we need to look at this, a single person making the decision and forcing it into the code is not the way this should be done.

Petitions - UK Parliament and UK Government

Petition: Hold a referendum to bring the water industry into public ownership

Hold a binding national referendum on whether the water industry should be returned to public ownership. Water is a basic human necessity; we believe our privatised system has failed, so the public should decide who owns and controls it.

End profit driven sewage pollution!
The water companies must be allowed to go bust and be taken back into public ownership.

@sfoskett@techfieldday.net @zzt@mas.to yes, me to, along the lines of small groups of three make changes to Foss projects all the time like its fixing a bug, also if we had to have a committee for all minor changes nothing would get done. Its so devisive and misleading, suggest we drop d.conf, I've never liked it, to much like the MS registery #dropDconf

Replying to

@GeofCox@climatejustice.social A lot of greens spent a long time explaining, protesting and begging that people take notice of the environmental situation. All they got was burnt out. Think the current approach of campaigning for social justice, which is part of the environmental thing, is much more productive, positive and relatable to most people. #greenparty #socialjustice #environmentaljustice
