I really like the idea of the #zuzai label. Creators make it out like how we coined Vegan and very quickly had cultural understanding of what it stands for.
We're looking at intellectual resilience, a stark rejection of tech that heaps on layers of ethical infractions, and especially refusing to fuck with the products of said tech.
It's a point of pride, a beacon of humanity, a mark of beautifully imperfect but intentional quality.
Make it happen!

Get @elementary@mastodon.social . Throw em a few bucks. Encourage your friends. If there's any sort of grant available for tech being made in the interest of social good, get em on their radar. Cause gott damn it's great touching a computer that respects you ❤️

I think that makes for a good rule of thumb for comms people in the modern age. Don't post anything exclusively to a platform you don't control. Always be your own primary source. Different segments of the population shouldn't get fractions of your comms determined by what third party platforms they follow you on

Had a great time walking with the Unifor crew at Saskatoon Pride! Kids came along and got to learn a lot about unions and their overlap with progressive causes. Especially fun recognizing people in the crowd this time from the last year of involvement. Entrusted the Pickle with taking photos and videos, we'll see what they share. #yxe #pride
Been listening to LoFi Girl's Asian playlist for like a week straight to get ready for I'Cath.
Strongly dislike Spotify as a platform, do enjoy the intense effort of human curation this creator puts in though.
