Russia passed the 1.3 million casualties mark today. The evolution of warfare has dramatically shifted the killed to wounded ratio. Drones kill, they rarely wound. That fact means Russia’s demographic decline has accelerated, its ability to sustain its population is in doubt.

The man is chairman of the joint chiefs of staff not because he served as a theater commander for years, nor because he was a commander of one of the 11 unified combatant commands. Nah, he’s the president’s principal military advisor because he agreed to do what the president wants. He simply doesn’t have the expertise nor the experience to advise the president as a fully qualified CJCS. I think he’s a disgrace.

Our police are behaving exactly as we have trained them to and how we pay them to: protect property owned by wealthy white men. All law-enforcement is selective all the time. All used to force is selective all the time. There’s a reason why black kids get shot in white kids do not.

Republicans are preparing to overturn the will of the people.

Colorado — A Trump-linked lobbyist called Republican clerks statewide seeking voting machine access; a CISA official made a similar request and was refused. 63+ clerks are now preparing for potential federal subpoenas or agent arrivals.

Georgia — Federal agents raided Fulton County in January, seizing ballots and voter rolls based on 2020 fraud claims already rejected by courts.

Michigan — DOJ demanded Wayne County turn over 2024 election records.

Missouri — DOJ sought access to Dominion machines from county clerks. 15 election officials have resigned in 14 months.

Nevada — FBI sought 2020 election voter data from the secretary of state.

Ohio — DHS collected sensitive voter records from 6+ counties.

Texas — Williamson County’s elections administrator received death threats after a doctored video falsely accused her of ballot tampering.

West Virginia — DOJ demands voter files.

Israel continues to pay Russia for grain stolen from Ukraine.

I know it’s not as bad as killing UN peacekeepers, but for a country that asserts its “right to exist“ to justify killing for decades, Israel appears to think that Ukraine’s “right to exist“ isn’t worth paying full price for grain.

This is good news. Regional governments are faced with paying recruitment bonuses to send their men to die while at the same time covering all their other expenses. I suppose regional leaders are as insulted as the federal leaders but maybe not?

I think the previous administration, led by Biden, was instrumental in preventing Russia from taking Ukraine by building a coalition and delivering weapons systems quickly while the current administration, led by Trump, is doing more harm than good.
