I just realized, as a musician and composer, I have a favorite note, and Im annoyed that its D natural bc what in the straight-coded bullshit is this 😭 why couldnt it be something more respectable or at least ambiguous like A natural or B flat 😭

Might not work for absolutely every use but may at least help cut down on the number of disposables needed Edit 1: commenter indicated that the owner of Goulet Pens is maga, I did some more research to try and find an alternative but after >30 min of searching, could not find one I feel confident recommending, and also now know more about the ownership of the pen manufacturing industry than I want to know. Noteworthy findings are that Jetpens settled a class action lawsuit regarding collecting and selling customers personal data, and Pen Chalet is almost definitely owned by active Mormons. @Troggie mine was placed improperly and immediately migrated, perforated my uterus and had to be removed laproscopically. I was initally disbelieved and sent home repeatedly bc it had moved so far that the initial xrays didnt show it bc it was out of the field of view. I pointed on my body where it hurt, but they didnt look there and said it couldnt be the IUD bc if it was, i would have been screaming more. I had not been screaming bc previous experience taught me that screaming makes them think youre lying about how bad the pain is as a drug seeking method. It was frankly dumb luck that i lived bc my tall, burly, white masc-presenting partner threatened to sue them/make them all lose their jobs, which motivated them to have an actual OB look at the xrays. There was also a whole separate thing where they lost track of my body for a while (i was sedated bc i was panicking from the pain, then while my partner was gone checking on our kids, they put me in a closet then took me to preop -- still on such a heavy benzo dose that i do not remember any of this, including giving consent -- and gave me surgery before my partner got back. It took my partner an hour after returning to the hospital to figure out where I was bc ER said i was in pre op and pre op said i was in ER when i was actually in OR) This is all separate from the placement itself, which was harrowing on its own and left me feeling like id been SA-ed. My docs had pressured me into receiving it and the placement itself was more painful than giving bieth umedicated, which ive done twice. Womens medicine and emergency medicine in US are both apocalyptic.
