Although I first discovered @pluralistic@mamot.fr through his more recent novels (and the Fediverse), I can understand why so many people consider this book, one of his best. I absolutely loved it —truly great storytelling.

The RCMP are now investigating, though I’m not particularly optimistic that there will be any real accountability.
What stands out is that Elections Alberta’s press release—at least from what I can tell—doesn’t mention the source of the complaint at all.
By contrast, the RCMP have been quite direct in identifying the ANDP as the complainant.
What it means, I don’t know. Possibly nothing—I just found it interesting 🤔

A decent game, though frustrating that the Cavs couldn’t make the most of being a man up. Ingham was rock-solid at the back—without him, the result could have looked very different.
Three weeks into the season, and I’m already done with Gareth Wheeler’s commentary/insights. He’s insufferable —constantly negative about any team west of Hamilton and convinced his hot takes actually matter.
Please, for the love of football, let him stay away from the World Cup…
