Dafür ist das 49€-Ticket zu teuer. Wären es immer noch 49€, oder sogar nur 9, wäre diese Hypothese realistischer.
63€ ist für die meisten schon zu teuer.
Was ich eher noch glaube ist "Seht, niemand will das D-Ticket, wir sollten es wieder abschaffen".
Also sie erhöhen den Preis schrittweise so lange, bis es niemand mehr will, damit sie es wieder abschaffen können.

"AI" is not "AI". I hate that "AI" has become the term people use to refer to ChatGPT or Gemini.
You have to distinguish LLMs and other genAI that are being hyped by big tech from the kind of AI that's being used in science and has been used in science for decades.
For example, I use a neural network model to denoise my astrophotography.
"AI" should never have been made available to the general public. This is a thing for science and science alone.

I am not familiar with the kind of homework people get in other countries. But here homework usually isn't to test, but to strengthen.
The homework* my students get isn't to check if they paid attention in class. It's to give the students exercises where they can apply the things they learned in class, or do additional research on the topic.
Exams are great too, for the students to test if they were successful in learning.
The thing that's bullshit is grades. We should get rid of grades. The reason students cheat on exams is because bad grades can ruin your whole life.
*It's not really homework since the students are on campus the whole day and do their exercises on campus and not at home. Like a full-day school, from 8am to 4pm.

Ohhhh, in other countries the homework is graded. Students actually have to hand in their homework to the teacher and the teacher checks them. And that grade will be part of the final grade, which will decide the entire future of the student. And that's why your homework is only multiple choice, instead of something that would actually benefit the learning process. I see.

It took me four years of therapy after my burnout until I was able to work again. I moved to another part of the country and got a new job in a slightly different field.
I was lucky that the german welfare system isn't the worst on the planet. While I still struggled with rent and food, I managed to stay housed and didn't starve.
