Happy October Eve!
For Hallozeen this year, I made a 16-page walkthrough for a 36 year-old shareware classic.
Primarily out of trash.
I have no idea who the target audience is for this, besides me, but here you go!

The DOS game jam has officially started! 😊

Hi! I just launched a new three month DOS jam!
Don't have enough free time to contribute to a standard game jam? This one's E X T E N D E D.
Please feel free to join in, even (especially!) if you have no experience! It's a very casual vibe, and there are even a few assets to help start you off!

WE DID IT, CHAT.
It took about 6 months in total to track everything down, but this is the final missing game in the series! Just finished uploading all the files, and the missing manual for Wizard of Words.
Give 'em a play, if you like! 😊

Retrieved some of the files! Will archive once stable!
So excited to check out the final submissions to the CGA Game Jam, run by the talented @thelobdegg@mastodon.social!
You should check them out, too!

@philbetts@mastodon.social So what I'm reading is... if I want to test dodgy old DOS software without bricking my PC... hit up the local school computer lab?

It's been restored and playable since late last October, if you want to give it a play! (Playable in browser!)

@raphnet@mastodon.gamedev.place This is wonderful! Thank you so much for sharing!
P.S. I'm a huge fan of RATillery, and often recommend it to people.

@audreygwinter@dice.camp I literally emailed the Blues and was like, "If any other team has a copy of this game, it MUST be you." 😅
