Gizzard had been very pleased with the recent weather.
We have this one local radio station. Actually we have several, but today I’m only talking about a specific one.
Around the time I was in high school and just after graduating they billed themselves as a “modern and classic” rock station.
Then about ten years or so later they dropped the “modern rock” and called themselves a “classic rock” station.
Today they’re saying “classic rock and oldies”.
None of the actual music has changed. It’s still the exact same playlists and lineups as it was when I was still in high school, they’ve just adjusted their description.
A warm evening, a pleasant breeze, a good book, and this silly girl in the seat beside me.

I’ve been playing Arknight: Endfield the past couple of days and also dipped my toes into Honkai: Star Rail. I’ve once again been pleasantly surprised by just how good modern gacha games can be.
Not like “good for gacha games” but like *legitimately* good games. Gacha mechanics and waifus aside I’ve been very much enjoying my time with both games.

Endfield was down for patch maintenance this evening and my brain wasn’t braining enough for Star Rail, but never fear, my degenerate gacha phase continues on.
GF has been off the past two days as she’s been feeling under the weather. Now my throat is tingly, my chest is tight, and I’m feeling generally icky.
Oh well, we had a good run.

@dorowski I played on release with friends. Was super duper excited. We got thru the story, which I thought was pretty good, and then… bored.
Just more and more of the same grind and not really interesting to me. I played tons of 2 and 3 but 4 just didn’t hit the same. 🤷♂️

@robb I have both a Miyoo Mini Plus and a Brick. The Brick is built better, has a better screen and just feels more premium. It also collects the most dust while I play games on the Miyoo.
Super subjective but the button feel on the Miyoo just can’t be beat for me, and OnionOS is just incredibly good.

@robb I’d also recommend snagging an sd card from somewhere. The ones that these devices come with are notoriously low quality.
Also I dunno what your library looks like to start, but you could always do a quick online search for “tiny best set” to kickstart your… archive.
