@dansup@mastodon.social Wow. Will Slack also be included? I don't personally prefer the platform, but several of my clients (I'm a freelance biz editor) use it.

@BruceMirken@mas.to Kudos to all Americans who have figured it out. My 2017 Bolt is still working well 9 years later.
Having an EV all those years eventually convinced the hub as well, and he jettisoned his gasmobile this past February.
A quote from the great #TimothySnyder about #volunteering and #activism in this moment. #resistance #resist
Good stuff happening in the #GardenState! Governor #MikieSherrill just signed the #JohnLewis #Voter Empowerment Act of #NewJersey into law this afternoon. Extremely necessary to protect the #vote and appropriately coinciding with the #250th #4thOfJuly celebration.

@ai6yr@m.ai6yr.org So I'm in Cherry Hill (South Jersey) and it's supposed to get to 101. The current temp right now is 97 but the kicker is the "RealFeel": 117 🥵

RE: @SeanCasten@mastodon.social
🚨🧵@SeanCasten@mastodon.social is live-tooting about FISA section 702 "clean" reauthorization taking place RIGHT NOW (at midnight, bc of course it is 🙄). This is concerning and scary shit bc of the huge two items in particular that need fixing: the data broker loophole and backdoor, warrantless surveillance.
Follow Casten for a more detailed explanation. This is important, y'all.

Went out with hub & son for #MothersDay dinner (we never do this on the actual day, the prices are so jacked up) and I may have imbibed a few espresso #martinis. Happy early Mother's Day to all who celebrate!

@spocko@mastodon.online Damn -- he tore those bastards a most deserved new one. Not enough upvotes on planet Earth for this.
Let's make it real -- #vote in midterms, and bring everyone with you.

@Ex_spurt@aus.social @randahl@mastodon.social Oh yeah. My husband and I went out to dinner with a couple of people this week and they were complaining bitterly about gas prices. The hub and I exchanged glances and said nothing ... we are a two-EV family.

@JaneinNJ@newsie.social I remember Hymie's well! I worked in Bala Cynwyd in the early aughts and went there often back in the day.
I actually grew up in MontCo too, but near the lower northeast in Abington Township.

@BaconSmith@universeodon.com I love Reading Terminal Market! I'm in South Jersey and the last time we went was right after the Philly Auto Show in February. As always, we make a beeline for Glicks -- the best ribs in town -- and then to Termini Brothers for their awesome cupcakes! 🧁
That reminds me, my mom has been bugging me to take her to Reading Terminal again when it got warm. She turns 90 next week, so I'd better make plans now lol.

@mattblaze@federate.social Luckily New Jersey has many drop boxes, and I will be making use of one just a five minute drive from my house.
But for 2027, I plan to switch back to in-person voting and will take advantage of early in-person voting because I don't think we've seen the end of VBM shenanigans from the 🍊stain and his minions.
