Vassilev‘s „solution“ to the problem sounds like a permanent job protection program:
His framework has three elements. Red teams working constantly to find new adversarial prompts before attackers do. Continuous updates that harden guardrails against newly discovered attack vectors. And operational resilience built around when, not if, an exploit occurs.

@thematic@mastodon.green No I think you’re right, there’s several inconsistencies in the article. First it says
At its current speed of around 61,195 km/h (38,025 miles/h), Voyager 1 will take over a year to reach the full distance of one light-day
Then it says
According to the U.S Space Agency, Voyager 1 is expected to reach this distance on November 15, 2026, with the full one light-day milestone occurring on January 28, 2027.
That’s three different dates for the same event.
Not sure how that went by the author and the editors unnoticed.
@Ailbhe@mendeddrum.org That's heartening to see :) I remember that one of my old history books in school (35 years ago) had "Fragen eines lesenden Arbeiters" (Questions of a reading worker) printed on the inside flap. https://lyricstranslate.com/en/fragen-eines-lesenden-arbeiters-questions-reading-workman.html
A Great Man every decade. Who paid for the expenses?
The poem made quite an impression on me back then. @eswag@dju.social @futurebird@sauropods.win @cabel@social.panic.com
QA will tear it apart(1) in the morrow, but for now I shall be merry and drink heavily of the sweet, sweet wine of FUCK YEAH IT'S DONE ON TIME AND IT'S BEAUTIFUL
(1) as is their privilege and burden
