Ich öffne eine Website. Cookie-Banner. Mein Screenreader landet dahinter. Liest mir den Artikel vor, den ich nicht anklicken kann. Den Banner find ich nicht. Der „Akzeptieren"-Knopf ist ein namenloses Div, der „Ablehnen"-Knopf hellgrau in Mäuseschrift. Ich kann nicht zustimmen. Ich kann nicht ablehnen. Ich komm nicht rein und nicht raus. On va finalement avoir droit au traitement de fond de la plainte que NOYB avait déposé auprès de l'autorité de protection des données sur la bannière cookies du site de la VRT. Celle-ci avait été classée sans suite pour des raisons de procédure, nous privant d'une décision importante pour l'exemple.
