I think that unfortunately the state of the internet today is that if you are reading a source you don't already trust there's a good chance it's AI slop. So it behooves human creators to stamp their content as AI-free. Will be editing my user page to make this explicit.

WA, like other places, is considering a KOSA-like bill requiring websites to grab and record your personal data, as well as chilling small websites entirely, all under the guise of protecting children. Yes it will absolutely be used to surveil, silence, and harm queer and sex positive folks. It is championed by social conservatives but of course spineless and witless Democrats are equally on board.
