RE: https://fosstodon.org/@altstore/117271149448802444 With iOS 27, users in the EU, Japan, and Brazil can now sideload apps (.ipa files) entirely on-device without ever using a computer!! Just install AltStore Classic with AltStore PAL, then follow our onboarding guide to easily get set up with Remote AltServers 👌

Quoting

@altstore@fosstodon.org

Remote AltServers make sideloading easier than ever! Get started in seconds using our guided setup. Even better, on iOS 27 you can set up Remote AltServers completely on-device ✅ For PAL users, this means you can now install & use AltStore without EVER touching a computer!!

Took a lot of effort to make it all work seamlessly, but it’s pretty cool seeing likes appear in AltStore from both Mastodon and Bluesky 😊
