I have an email rule that adds a "List" label to any email with unsubscribe in the body as a reminder that hey this shit can maybe go away forever.
Anything hitting my email is suspect, like who do you think you are actually emailing me without my people contacting you first????

Somehow the only combination of cables in the house that works is a usb-c to usb-a adapter plugged into the laptip, and then a usb-a / usb-c cable plugged into the switch

my current desk has a bunch of issues
It is a pretty old flat-pack desk, and sags a bit in the middle due to years of use with a monitor stand
then it has drawers, which while I do like them, I feel like it is terrible for ergonomics ? Or maybe my chair/armrest heights are all out of spec
any design would need a cable management solution. I kinda like my current desk because it has a vertical beam along the back which is support for the flat-pack top but also basically serves as a cable management system via hooks/velcro/etc, very flexible.
The biggest trick is probably proper support for the monitor arms so a long-term load won't cause warping/flex/etc issues.
One idea is to use metal legs on the end, then run steel across to connect them and build a desktop that just sits on the frame. The bolt for the monitor arms would supported by the beams?

Previously, I used Cilium's Hubble feature to do this in the kubernetes cluster.
That project took a very similar approach, but actually was able to go into more detail, because it was trivial to do domain matching on egress policies.
It was followed by a aggressive lockdown of kubernetes containers to minimize every container to the absolute privilege/capabilities needed to function, which required some new tooling and quite a bit leaned, along with some open PRs and honestly simple MRs that I should get off my ass and submit

I am looking for recipes meeting this set of overlapping requirements:
- Vegan
- No peppers/onion/garlic (FODMAP-adjacent issues) I think also no tomatoes?
- No rich/creamy textured
I'll be visiting some friends and it is super hard to figure out what to cook, given the overlapping requirements that we have I often end up cooking something myself because basically every vegan recipe I know is primarily made with tomatoes/onion/peppers/garlic
