It hasn't even fixed the most glaring issues with the older layout, like things being too close together and buttons in weird places

There’s likely no way for Apple to bring developers back to the passion and excitement they had before Apple took advantage and destroyed that goodwill. Once bitten, twice shy Maybe if they opened up the iPhone, but I don’t think they’ll ever have the guts to do that
