Did you know that nearly half of working Canadians say their job is the most stressful part of their daily lives? 7 in 10 workers are worried about the psychological health and safety of their work. Burnout, chronic stress, harassment. This isn’t normal, and it isn’t OK. Just remember: it isn’t just you, and it isn’t “just part of the job.” Canada’s unions have your back, and we’re fighting to fix things.

Hello! We are new here. This is the account for the London and District Labour Council. Our members are union locals in London, ON, Canada and surrounding area.
Gender-based violence and harassment at work is not “normal” nor “part of the job”. We stand united against all forms of violence in the workplace—because safety and respect are every worker's right. #16Days https://donewaiting.ca/sexual-violence-harassment/gender-based-violence/c190/
Violence and harassment should never be “just part of the job”. The London and District Labour Council is calling for an end to gender-based violence at work because everyone deserves to be safe at work.
