If you are in Chicago on April 4th, please stop by Center on Halsted for O/our workshop at the International Puppy and Trainer (IPTC.dog)!
W/we will share how W/we operationalize pony play and puppy play as functional service to folks with disabilities, while sharing reciprocal care in a hierarchical power framework.
Hope to dig into accessibility, equity, and neurodiversity as well from two AAPI immigrants’ perspective

Just a typical #tree in #RogersPark, #Chicago
I am fascinated by these Alberta place names. Swan Hills, Fox Creek, Slave Lake 👀
“Slave Lake”? Sounds like a premise for a BDSM novel.

Some keyboard justice warriors start trolling U/us for hosting an event about Crip Creativity in a building known for its unfriendliness to wheelchair users.
While some criticism carries genuine weight, the haters fail to grasp a simple fact. As the last talk at LA&M before its closure to improve accessibility, the event was a symbolic reclamation by a disabled QTPOC Sir and a neurodivergent immigrant horse, with the blessing of 45 attendees of diverse ethnicities, genders, & abilities.

A disabled queer Black kinkster who actually attended the event noted that almost all the trolls are white who live outside of Chicago.
Demanding two Asian kinksters (one a wheelchair user) to freely steam their most intimate life stories to them. Along with a roomful of marginalized folx who share their own struggles because they felt safe through shared vulnerability.
I call these people racist.
Justice without intersectionality risks to devolve into entitled oppression.
I’m tempted to go camping in the Canadian Rockies this August
Sir had a harrowing night of acute allergy… made some pork congee today for them and will serve with sesame seeds and seaweed. Just hope the texture will be to Their liking. #workhorsediary
We’ve watched the Australian office sitcom Fisk for five times and are still enjoying it.

There’s also a fallacious claim that all events must be streamed or recorded for accessibility less they be damned as “ableist.”
There are so many holes in this sad claim, it smells like cheese and looks suspiciously blue.

@ccshan kinda ironic that “internationalism” and “anti-American-exceptionalism” are such cliches on the left

He tried delegating his Slack and email responses to AI, then began responding to come again manually.
“We really do care about our interactions with people,” he said. “This thing…is not something that I can imagine myself outsourcing to an AI anytime soon. It really updated me to thinking that the jobs picture is likely to be very different than we thought.”
