When under a tremendous amount of stress sometimes humor is all that a person has. He uses it well speaking to his people. His leadership ability is apparent.

The weather tonight is beautiful. I can smell the rain above in the clouds. I love the smell in the air before and especially after a rainfall. I always kind of liked getting caught in the rain.
I go to a trauma specialist and we do something called EMDR. It’s a way people who have been through some really dark trauma can use to reprocess and get past the pain it’s left behind. And finally start to heal from it.
For anyone out there that needs to read this tonight. You deserve the help you need. You are far stronger than you give yourself credit for and as a sign of that you will reach out to a loved one or a medical professional or if you need to, me. You are loved.
