Watching Easy Rider (1969) Peter Fonda, Dennis Hopper, and Jack Nicholson.

I use "Carb Manager" app. And make sure I get at least a 30 min walk a day.
I'm not sure if these numbers are good, but last week avg per day 125 g carbs, I should get more protein avg 60-70 g. Eat healthy fats and keeping fats limited to 50 - 60 g. Fruits/Veggies.

Oh!
Yes! A woman took McDonalds to court because she spilled her hot coffee on herself. So now they have to put a warning label on their cups.
