What does ‘mostly’ mean? What does ‘written by’ mean? What percentage of LLM code is allowed, and what percentage isn’t? If someone copies code from ChatGPT and changes the variable names, is that ‘written by’ an LLM or not? Who’s going to check this? A special Codeberg police force? There’s far too much vague wording. They might as well have just written ‘we do not allow projects we personally don't like’ in the ToC.

Given the direction of where global net is headed (regulation, centralization, etc), users must have a way to migrate their accounts and friends to some independent server hosted in a neutral location.
