Let's get started! I know it's been a while, but there's been a strange energy around (if you noticed!), so I hope you've been delving deep into shadowworking on yourself late at night (or when the sun sets).
3:40 mins (start small, get back into it, if you haven't already.)
So, I planned to start moving again yesterday, but allowed myself a lazy day instead.
Because--human.
And, I found myself a bit foggy yesterday & today.
But, a shift is occurring.
I'll restart on posting up resets next week.
For those of you that may have noticed I have not posted any meditations in some time, because I'm deep shadow-working late at night. By repairing old wounds and past trauma, through dreamwork, visions & insights. This is a powerful spiritual tool. #heal #lifestyle

You may have noticed I've been away for some time or inconsistent with my posts.
It's because when I end up working on something, I tend to go into this weird state that I refer to as "going dark".
Well, I finally found the newsletter that I'll be using with my website and am working on setting it up! As soon as I'm finished, I'll finally get moving on what I'm sure most of you are waiting for, my workshops & consultations! I'm even crafting a telegram group!
Hello~
I've been researching a few new resources to go into my 'Nutrition', 'Hydration' and 'Spirit' posts.
I'm excited! If you or someone you love is struggling with a cancer or diseased, toxin-fueled body, then you may find these new resources of interest. They may be just what you've been searching for.
May you never feel the fear of not knowing where to find what you're searching for EVER again.
There's still #hope in the world, yet.
CIRCLES 2x
New Edits on 'Health Alternative' resource.
Trust me when I say that exactly where you are right now, you are enough.

CIRCLES 3x
Try to keep up with your circles routine, even when you don't feel like doing anything else, it will keep the limbs or joints of your body nice and open.
As we get older, and due to how we move (or don't move) in this lifetime, the #rangeofmotion in your joints starts to suffer & decrease!
Keep your joints limber!!
