Rodaina Ayyad

How long will leaving Gaza remain an impossible dream?
How can “Ya Hala” demand $9,000 for an adult and $6,000 for a child just to cross the Rafah border? By what right are these unbelievable amounts imposed on people who only want to survive and live in peace?
Has safety and a dignified life become a privilege only for those who can afford it? We are not asking for luxury… we simply want to live as human beings.

@TomSwirly@toot.communityWe are still being killed, still being targeted, still starving, and still standing in long lines for water…
Every day we live in fear, and every night we try to hide our pain from our children.
Our children are not asking for much. just food, safety, and a normal life like other children around the world, but even these simple dreams feel so far away.
Our hearts are exhausted, and our souls are worn down from waiting.
Please, don’t leave us alone.

The month passed so quickly and once again, it’s time to pay the rent.
I’ve reached a point where I’m torn between trying to stay strong and the reality that keeps getting heavier every day.
The fear of losing the place I live in is no longer just a thought it feels real.
That’s why I’m asking for your help 🙏
Any amount, no matter how small, could help me hold on to the most basic thing a place to stay.

This week, I didn’t receive enough support. I only got $6.
I don’t know how I will provide food, water, and basic necessities for my children.
Our situation still doesn’t allow us to work or earn money in any way, so the only option I have is to ask for your help, even though it’s hard for me.
Please don’t feel burdened by me I’m only doing this because I have no other choice.
