just wanna publicly say, as a suffering trans woman deep in poverty who currently begs for a living while seeking employment, that i endorse all media #piracy if i ever make anything with a pricetag (unlikely), you have my eternal permission to pirate it. i will probably even release it freely myself.

hey! a few important reminders!

• fedi is not for bragging about crimes, posting about crimes youre going to do, planning crimes with others, or recruiting people to do crimes with.

• please dont get our instance subpoenaed. i have no idea how to even handle that since the data is in the EU hosted by fedimonster but all of the staff are in the US, idk who actually owns the data, and idk what we can be legally coerced to provide if it ever happens. please dont make us need a lawyer to figure this out!

• anyone who reaches out to you on fedi to do crimes is a cop. just dont. if you really want to do things, go somewhere else to talk about it. not here.

• im a trans anarchist, and so are the other staff. we love political action and want you to happily talk about such stories from the news or other similar sources, but again, please do not get us in trouble with the gestapo for the things you said or did. take care not to make posts that could be taken as actionable threats or other legally troublesome things.

• this is a space for us queers and anarchists to have fun and socialize. we are not a cell of black bloc. we can cheer them on but do not organize on fedi.

thank you!

MUTUAL AID - RENT - $0/2000

hello! my name is rachael. i am a trans woman trapped in a red state. i live with my disabled partner and two dogs. i was fired from my previous job for being trans. since then, i have diligently searched for new employment, but no one local wants to hire a trans person, and remote jobs are increasingly rare. as i continue my job search, i need to maintain a roof over our heads. we need to continue to survive as i continue my efforts. as such, i am asking for help making rent as well as paying our utilities and other bills. this will allow us to stay safe as i try to navigate the professional world's rampant transphobia. additionally, i am eager to hear of any job opportunities you may be able to refer me to. i have a decade of experience in software development, with my previous role of six years being a senior fullstack position that included project planning, management, and maintenance, as well as mentorship and client communication. i am open to any position, even entry-level, that is either remote or in seattle or indianapolis. i hope to relocate to seattle as soon as possible, but i will do what i need to survive. our goal is $2000. i know, thats a lot. im trying my best to find employment. anything you can give would be wildly appreciated and help keep us safe. venmo @rachaelspooky@venmo.com paypal https://www.paypal.me/rachaelspooky thank you. $0/2000 #mutualAid #transcrowdfund #getFediHired #seattle

i have a lead on a job it's not a dev job but it's money. not enough to move out west. but enough to possibly start making rent. please hire me for a fully remote dev role. im not safe here in indiana. hiring me would rescue four trans people by letting us move to seattle. consider it praxis against fascism to hire me :) also i have a decade of experience, six of them as a senior dev with additional responsibilities as a project manager, a mentor, and training all new hires at the company. i know what im doing and i can learn your stack quickly. give me a chance.
