Fried egg with Muenster cheese, avocado, and red onion on an Amoroso roll with a little mayo. Inspired by @Gte@mastodon.social I lightly grilled the roll this time. Probably could’ve used a little less onion.

Moving instances over to mastodon.art ...if all goes well I think I can make it bring over all my following/follower folks automatically. We shall see!

@mikebrew@mastodon.social Two main reasons:

1. I think federation is one of the more interesting aspects of Mastodon (and probably a strength?) and so I'd like to support that by being part of an instance that isn't "the main instance"... IOW to push against the natural tendency of the masses to consolidate in one place

and 2. I think it would be fun if my local timeline was more interesting and useful, which isn't going to happen on dot social, but could happen on a smaller or a more specialized instance.

Still planning on switching instances. Still trying to decide which one to switch to, although I have it narrowed down.
