mastodon 4.7.3Half-casually/half-seriously drawing and writing things related to the world(s) of my webcomic. Drawing has always been my hobby, and always will be - it wouldn't be me if I stopped it.
I like rainy weather, cats, manga, and old forests. Happiest when surrounded by books. Fascinated with languages.
Background in biosciences, but working as a programmer.
Languages I can read books in: Suomi / English / 日本語 / Svenska

I haven't been able to finish a proper, coloured drawing for a long time. Really, really long time. It's hard to pin down why. I have been drawing though - just nothing finished.
Maybe this one will work out? I like the sketch - for now, at least. And this is one of those drawings I have been planning to make for a long time. (The only problem is that the sketch is a bit too small. But I guess I can work around that by resizing and printing the scanned copy...)
When I was still in Windows, I was using an ancient version of Photoshop for cleaning up lineart and for printing images to PDF. Clip Studio Paint was for colouring.
Now in Linux Mint, I have ended up using the combination of GnuIMP and Krita in almost exactly the same way as Photoshop and Clip Studio Paint previously. 😅
