"What distro made you stop distro hopping" is probably the question I get the most from "new" #linux users, in terms of what distro to use. Here is the truth, no distro did that completely. I still check out new and old distros, I still checkout new WM and DEs. But there is a distro and DE I never swap away from and that is #fedora with #gnome as may dialy driver. The reason for this is stability and easy of use! I do not claim that Fedora is the best or that Gnome is perfect.

I find it funny how #ruby and #swiftlang are the two #programming languages I do not understand why people do not use more. I know Swift is dominant for Apple products. But the language is so much more and works great on #linux (at least in my experience).

@gufo@mastodon.nu I use Sinatrarb for web API! and I flipping love it.

@SuneAuken@mastodon.world Ja søgning for ecosiaer og duckduckgoer er triller bare ikke af tungen!!! Qwanter har dog noget over sig

@thelinuxEXP@mastodon.social For Gnome Extensions I use one... Just perfection and the only thing I use it for, is such that gnome on login opens on the desktop instead of opening in app overview!

@thomasfuchs@hachyderm.io … is that just Amazon glacier????

@gufo@mastodon.nu Well I don’t use rails 😂😂😂

@PythonLinks@mastodon.social I sort of want a uniform moderation policy
