It's wild how much of the trauma, and pretending to be okay I see in y'all.
On the bright side, I'm not dying from heat stroke unknowingly anymore...
My psychiatrist gave me heat stroke by mismanaging my meds and nearly killed me. I don't know what I'm doing yet. But her choice to attempt to gaslight me has me even more upset.
I reached out for help, and she added Risperidone, Fluoxetine and Guanfacine ontop of my Atenolol... killing my ability to sweat, move blood to cool off, and my brain's ability to feel and signal that we're over heating....
What the actual fuck was she thinking?

Screams in hangy but can't get started getting ready so I'm not getting food yet.
I think my brain refuses to plan past 6 months because what's the point? I guess my trauma has a helpful part to it, part of my brain forgets all that and has fun anyway but like she's not doing anything to secure our longterm future. We're just vibing between anxiety, day dreaming and panic attacks.
Anyway, people are coming over to replace the windows in my apartment
