Well my friends: I'm finally beginning my migration to a server that will allow me to write more than 666 characters per toot. I'm registering in a few just to test how it feels, what about their TL, speed, and communication with Metalhead (my fediverse origins and an important community for me): I think it will take like a week, 'cause some servers need authorization to get in (I'm still wating for approval in some of them). @CorioPsicologia@mastodon.social el otro día hablaba con un profesor que tuve el 2009 de "personal branding", y el problema es el mismo siempre: la masividad. Puedo estar muy alineado con el Fediverso, pero a la hora de vender mi guitarra porque necesito dinero, lo hago a través de Marketplace. También leí que Dinamarca aprobó una ley que protege los derechos sobre la propia imagen, voz y cuerpo; algo muy positivo en la teoría, pero con poco asidero práctico si al registrarse en Meta, todos renunciamos a esos derechos.

@jake4480 Two-three years ago Bad Religion played in Santiago and they made 2 sold out in a very famous Theater. I went to the first gig, it was great as always, but they played Skyscraper the day after :( hahahah well... We can't have just EVERYTHING in life XD And yes, the acoustic version is beautiful, especially because of the harmonies those monsters of melodies make together. What an awesome team! I mean Greg and Jay <3

In Chile we have a huge music Festival called "Festival de Viña del Mar": Diverse international artists per night for 5 days. Yesterday "Pet shop boys" played an extraordinary show in front of 20,000 people and millions through a live TV transmission. The TV channel MEGA, free-to-air Television, has also live Youtube streaming. Today performs NMIXX, a KPop band. This festival is so bizarre and big, that even Faith No More played in 1991 in front of 200 metalheads with an almost empty forum and a live TV broadcast for the whole country. @CorioPsicologia@mastodon.social Yo soy de Santiago, Chile. Imagínate si fuera de Viña de Mar, Punta Arenas o de Tomé. Concuerdo con lo de los planos, el DIY y la educación colectiva. Marketplace me parece un oasis dentro de Meta de todas formas, la excepción a la regla por decirlo de algún modo. Nunca he gastado un peso en publicidad, y logro vender casi todo lo que me propongo, haciendo envíos a todo Chile en corto tiempo y ganando una buena reputación con el paso de los años. Debería ser una app aparte, pero Facebook sabe el tesoro que tiene ahí y no lo va a soltar.
