My friend made a very fun Halloween-themed golf/pool game and the demo’s now available on steam! Perfect for your next metro ride.

I’ve been wearing Ray-Ban Wayfarers for decades. Did #Meta just ruin ANOTHER thing I like? (The others being democracy and human civilization).

Episode 1 of Dustin Lance Black's new documentary mini-series is now out on https://www.Revry.com! I had the chance to work with DLB once again after our time on Under the Banner of Heaven and loved every minute of it.
Rock's queer history has always been there. Now he finally tells it in Rock Out.
A very informative look at our shrinking attention spans and what to do about it. Can't be passive about this anymore. While companies are actively trying to get you to think less, you have to actively chose to get on the brain-treadmill.

@megmac@social.treehouse.systems Montréal is quite dense. If you want to stay where the hotels are, you'll ultimately be near tourist traps - either downtown or Old Port. I would recommend the Old Port because that's the most European/old style part. The good news is that you'll be near the metro's orange line and that can get you quickly to the Plateau and Mile-end neighbourhoods where a lot of foodie things are found. I'd also recommend Little Italy/Petite-Patrie which are just a bit further up St-Laurent Blvd.

@megmac@social.treehouse.systems If you're used to walking, you can take St-Laurent Blvd (which is Main Street Montréal) or St-Denis St from the Old Port all the way up to Marché Jean-Talon (takes about 1.5 hours) and you'll pass through a ton of interesting areas. I do it often.
