it's not what it looks like, I'm not doing alchemy I'm just drawing hex tiles
sometimes when you write quick visualizations to check your math, you get something pretty
given that myths of changelings likely came about to explain autistic children, I wonder if myths about fae being unable to lie have any connection to the autistic tendency to have an aversion to it
especially since, personally, I dislike lying outright but have no problem being deceptive by omission or misleading implication. which is a very fae thing
like when telemarketers and scammers call asking for my deadname, I tell them "he's gone" or "he's no longer with us" to imply literal death
