The maya-usd plugin really needs some simple tweaks. I guess I should go make some issues on the github, for example dont load the entire usd when creating a stage from file, only load/stream the data needed. Currently when you load a usd it will default to proxy purpose, but still load all the render purpose data along with textures even though it cant display those shaders in the viewport. It should only stream render data in if I switch to that purpose.

Is there a simple way to create a privacy respecting ai agent that will run locally, without having to give it full access to my machine? I just want to point it at a single websites api (via python) in read only mode and ask it to start giving me insights into the data!

Just playing with the frei0r gyroflow-plugin inside of @kdenlive@floss.social but unfortunately it doesnt seem to work properly. Appears to scramble the video... hopefully the OpenFX version works when Kdenlive gets that merged 🤞💪☺️

Exploring #VATs more and more these days. Wrote my own #OSL shader for #Arnold so we can actually utilise them directly in the render engine itself. I am excited to stress test it more, and see how reliable they are!

Netflix thinking season 2's are not gaining traction... and always reference beef! Seriously beef s2 was just terrible compared to season 1. Its not that 2nd seasons are the problem its that the show became a season of White Lotus not beef. Just as the 'beef' was ramping up they dropped it for some other rando drama! Stay on target, dont go change the whole show!
