@unlofl @tholindeth reminds me of

@whitequark Most of these sound like EU-wide rules in general (or at least in effect in most EU-countries) but one stood out: "rental bidding" where you try to give the landlord a higher price than other tenants is made illegal (this was the single biggest WTF moment i had arriving to the UK) What the fuck is this and who in their right might thought that this was a good idea

@njion re: gender label: I started to check out the deodorants that are in the section meant "for women" because I like the sweet scents I really got bored of the scents that are made for men like "menthol", "sea", "cool", and "intense" whatever that is

@ahihi@anticapitalist.party I propose these for b, p, q, and s

@deanatoire@mastodon.social @nileane@nileane.fr I keep hearing the sentiment that even if you're not paying for it you're still contributing to the network effect

@LunaDragofelis@void.lgbt @phillip@social.lol I saw someone floating the idea around that Apple might put their News service to behind micropayments gates. Imo €.10-.50 per article depending on length could work.

@virag@gock.virag.top Did you uncheck the "Basic system utilities" during install? (when the web server and graphical DE options are shown)

@odoben@meow.social @Karcsesz@equestria.social Is there a difference?

@N33R I wish I could see a video of it

@Gauss@furry.engineer ah yes, the pan flag

@rail I guess it'd be the same with Albert Heijn in the Netherlands?

@rail and yours is a very close looking model even

@xyla@shitpost.trade I'm an outlier here, Zenfone 6 from 2019

@commanderred I've read this with the same voice as "It really whips the llama's ass"

@Slater450413@infosec.exchange That's the regular IR camera on modern (especially business) laptops. Used for authentication, eg. windows hello Weird that the cover is not affecting the IR camera part on the Yoga, it does cover it on the Thinkpad L14 G5. I didn't need VLC to open it, it works with the KDE built-in camera app "Kamoso".

@rail They can't forward this to run on the Vienna--St. Pölten(--Amstetten) section at full speed, it's DoA /s

@Anzeliane Nice

@mei@donotsta.re how‽‽‽

@virag@gock.virag.top Not really? (Btw your site's cert is expired)

@hailey@hails.org Apparently some people can't comprehend that software can be completed and finished

@arstechnica@mastodon.social Yet people already import American cars, I'm already seeing some that have a turning indicator shared with the regular lights See also: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O1lZ9n2bxWA

@weirdonwheels@social.chinwag.org Probably still lasts longer in the rain than the cybertruck
