Simon Dolet and Michelle Pfeffer are organising a workshop that aims to explore the evolution of weather forecasting practices from Antiquity to the present day.
The workshop seeks to move beyond a strictly intellectual approach by also investigating the reception and practical uses of such forecasts across time, situating them within their political, economic, social, and cultural contexts.
