Carrot Kids is a chore tracking app, and is intended to allow parents to design rewards systems that help reduce their load, while teaching kids about the benefits of being rewarded for their work. The design philosophy centers around low-friction, with a get-in-and-get-out attitude that respects parents’ time. #carrotkids #buildinpublic

I'm looking for some volunteers to beta test Carrot Kids on TestFlight. Ideally you'd use it for tracking your kids' household chores and report any defects or usability friction—any takers? #carrotkids #buildinpublic

@mattiem@mastodon.social I was planning to open a bug report about how the Gulf of Mexico was incorrectly named in Maps, but what you're suggesting here is different sort of protest. ✊

@janeishly @kagihq the broken counter script is a nice touch

@gla@mastodon.social I'd be quite curious to hear how it performs for someone with 10 kids! Sign up here if you're up for it: https://testflight.apple.com/join/EmZc1Fzf As a reminder, “subscribing" through TestFlight doesn't actually cost anything. 😉
