This also goes for french press. I brew the coffee in a measuring cup for 4 minutes and then pour it through a handheld mesh filter into a mug. I don't see how a french press could improve on that (also cleaning a french press seems harder than knocking the beans out of the mesh filter and rinsing it).

If a program switches from monthly updates (which were already too frequent) to freakin' weekly updates, I'm simply never upgrading it again. Especially if updating it requires downloading hundreds of megabytes.
