I was riding my bike just enjoying the ride, and I ring my bell whenever I cross an intersection that seems empty and I’m going a bit fast, to, you know, be safe.
So there was a car behind me, and the driver assumed it was about him. He cornered me, and started screaming - like, A LOT, swearing, A LOT, “stop ringing that shit why are you ringing that shit you fucker just ride that fucking shit”. Like that.
I was very chill - dude, it was not with you, not everything is about you. But, like, shocked at how much rage a simple bell ring can cause on a driver.
Drivers need to ride bikes, feel the wind blowing on their face and let go of this rage, man. This can’t possibly be good for your health.
Anyway, I just kept riding.

The trad-ism thing I see is usually something like
"Look at this celebrity who chose to not wear makeup, she looks more gorgeous than ever" - implies makeup made her worse
"Elegant women are choosing this new nail trend" - and it's not doing a manicure, implying doing your nails is not elegant
I don't like the tone. Maybe if it was phrased like
"This celebrity proves she also rocks bare faced! Good for her!" - she is gorgeous anyway
"You don't need nail extensions to be elegant - check these trendy looks!" - both are now elegant

Is it me or it’s getting increasingly more autumnal as the scene goes on, initially it looked like late summer and now it looks like mid fall #monsterdon #InTheMouthOfMadness
But anyway, also as a result of bloodwork, blood sugar and lipidogram are again absolutely perfect.
At this point I am convinced that a lot of my family's "genetic" early cardiovascular diseases were basically caused by:
- no exercise
- eating things that are not good for you, and a lot of it
But, most importantly:
- smoking
I might develop cardiovascular disease too, but not now 👍

I got some blood test results back that validate things that I had been complaining about for centuries and my family doctor just said "it is what it is"
I'm finally getting treatment and, while it may take months to see improvement, I'm happy that I'm on the right track
A delivery person knocked on my door asking if it was (another house number)
My house number is visibly displayed on two locations on my door
He made up some bizarre mental gymnastics to justify the wrong house number, but did not read the *TWO* locations where the actual number is displayed
This has to be correlated with people who can't ring a doorbell.

Was there a fair at Exhibition Place?
Is there some type of cowboy event happening downtown #toronto this month?
The number of women I have seen wearing some combination of summer dress / cowboy boots / cowboy hat is really way above average and very unusual

This afternoon I saw some of them again on Strachan.
It’s too far from Esplanade and it was in the afternoon. Very weird
