@joe@f.duriansoftware.com The following are considered off topic for this PR specifically:

• Use of the term 'hidebound reactionary'
• Any discussion of the Torment Nexus Council of Leaders not in the formal language of Elvish

@mttaggart These guys have been at it a while but their customer support is Aliexpress level (actually worse). I spent 4 months getting a part replaced and it drove me crazy. Those guys are nasty - they deserve all the bad PR they are getting, and worse. It's more immature than Youtube Shorts

@sixohsix @cwebber perhaps, but all of the numbers the hyperscalers are associated with are partially/entirely made up

@heptapodEnthusiast @ratsnakegames @owent @0xabad1dea IPv24, it freely generates IP addresses compatible with both via the Kleene*

@jonty Even if it was Bagpuss and Basil Brush you'd still be picturing evil incarnate

@gedankenstuecke@scholar.social I used to use R Studio a lot, but last time I tried it, first I realised they'd made it a skin over VSCode (or at least it's definitely running under Electron, even the non-Posit IDE still called RStudio), and on macintosh it would crash when I tried to change current working directory into the project directory. I resorted to executing scripts written in Emacs/ESS with RScript.
