@alan@mindly.social @ned@mstdn.ca It may be about the same period of time for me. I previously used Open Office as well. There was a period of time where Open Office couldn't convert Docx documents, and I experienced similar glitches. But it seems that LibreOffice has taken care of all of that.

I never liked MS Office even though I had the very early downloadable installation at one point. I may have gone to Star Office before moving to Open Office.

It's basically the same thing. If AI wants to use Artistic works, let those companies BUY or LICENSE the rights to use them.
