Friends, I have some great news. My agent thinks we’re almost ready to go on submission with my first children’s book! It is a retelling of a Palestinian folktale. I love the original story, and I know you will enjoy this version.

We made it to 30%!

Huge thank you to everyone sharing and pledging. We can do this!

I hope it will be a beacon for generations of Palestinian writers of fantasy, sci-fi, and horror for years to come. #palestine #SFFH https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1584186575/thyme-travellers-2

People are good sometimes.

I’m a disabled writer and editor who can’t offer preorders but everyone is coming together to make sure that I have my needs met while I put together this anthology.

Just less than 10% to go now. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1584186575/thyme-travellers-2

We are nearly 90% funded , friends.

My hope is that this series, the first of its kind, will be something that generations of Palestinian writers can aspire to. That it will be a space and a home for them in a world that seeks at every turn to make us invisible and exiled. #Palestine #SFF #books https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1584186575/thyme-travellers-2/

We’re so close to 70% funded! Many thanks to everyone for supporting this anthology of Palestinian fantasy, science fiction, and horror. #sff #palestine https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1584186575/thyme-travellers-2

The Ember Award arrived today. Many thanks to everyone who made my win possible!

I wish it were true
That poets can kill a man
With words; poison and honey
In their tongues.
Your memory is already a curse.
Your body a bloated blight.
So die, then;
Become what you already are.

It’s time. If we tick over 100% before the end of the Kickstarter, I’m pleased to say that my publisher is on board for including author’s notes for each story in the anthology!
