I just finished the April Fools event in Limbus (timezones, folks), and what can I say, they cooked.
Thank you Project Moon. ♥
The Reverberation Ensemble entering the Library of their own will was extremely not in the plans.
"War council time," Roland called. "What do we do now?"
"None of us can stand up to them," Hokma pointed out. "Even if several of us teamed up together..."
"Divide and conquer," Gebura cut him. "I'm confident every single Floor can handle one of them, maybe two. Let's force them to split."
"They will regret intruding," Tiphereth scowled.

1. Cool, fun and cute projects, especially from friends, like @gramophoneturtle@universeodon.com 's spinda dress-up game: https://universeodon.com/@gramophoneturtle/116301377927430195
2. Having my music on my computer and not somewhere in some Cloud or wherever.
3. Games As Literature (@GameProf@www.youtube.com) whose videos I already watched but are still a great way to force my brain to quiet.
1. Finished my friendship bracelet for this month's Color Challenge (that I run on Pillowfort)! I kinda speedran the second half today aha x') Pictures hopefully tomorrow (I need light for that!).
2. Lurking on @AndrogynousWater@retro.pizza 's stream and relaxing with their very soothing voice and enunciation ♥
3. Seeing fanwriters sharing my reaction regarding some of the new NPCs introduced in the current Limbus Canto: "they need to be adopted by less dysfunctional folks right now". Despite the short amount of time, there are already fics feeding me and that's powerful.

"I have to admit, I am surprised that we haven't even heard from the Head yet," Angela commented.
"Nah, that's not shocking," Roland shrugged.
"Even after we did non-negligible damage to the Liu? I would have thought an Association would get us noticed."
"Fair. But it would probably take us booking the Hana for an intervention from the Head. They rarely get themselves directly involved, you know. We might still make it safely."

Between Malkuth's code of conduct and Hod's training material, there are many pages shared around. These are not the only documents in the facility, far from it, but the Abnormality reports are just sent to the Manager. Meanwhile each time Malkuth judges a Sephirah lost their copy, or Hod adds a new chapter, some Clerk has to photocopy the whole thing again.
They're not supposed to read it. Whispers still circulate, though.

"Verg should eat cake," Charon said, subtly judgmental.
"You can have my slice," Vergilius sighed. "I need to keep the Sinners from breaking each other."
The Sinners had a tendency to run face first into every nerve-wracking danger lying around, but Vergilius had to give it to them that most of the time they could take care of their own messes.
Most of the time.
He wouldn't blame Sancho for this, but he had to help stop her.

"Is it common to have several Fingers fighting over territory?" Angela asked.
"It's not *uncommon*, but here it's a bit more... free-for-all than usual. It's not often that a new sector with no previous Syndicate presence is up for grabs, after all."
"You mean the Nest, that lost L Corp's protection."
"Exactly. You'll soon be ready to be a true City denizen!"
"... Does the Liu Association have any chance to win this?"
"It's not their job."

The Abnormalities raised many questions, but hearing Binah's convoluted explanations didn't help. Not due to how difficult to follow she could make herself, but because of her moments of striking, cruel clarity.
Every single Abnormality was born from Carmen. There was nothing to misunderstand in this statement. There had been no search, no acquisition from an outside... that many Abnormalities referenced nevertheless. Why?

There was something slightly off, though Dante couldn't quite put their finger on it. Working with Yuri and herding small (but way too clever) children was... normal, right?
Right.
As usual, one of the kids was missing from nap time, so Dante went to get him. Maybe they shouldn't have such a soft spot for the little Terror T-rex, but Vergilius was already isolated by the other kids, and it was no trouble carrying him and letting him snuggle into them.

Under the patient watch of the silent woman, the piano is alluring.
Music always has a peculiar grasp on the human mind, tugging at emotions, fanning passion. Listening is already powerful, but playing...
Before you know it, your fingers caress the keys. White and black is all you can see, that and the smile of the woman as you play a sonata you never learned. It's just the two of you, a private concert, but you feel *alive*.
