From what I can ascertain, it's around being thoughtful re what content we put into others feeds; putting emotionally taxing topics (food can be super anxiety inducing or triggering for ppl; direct to camera selfies create discomfit; politics can be enraging) behind a CW or sensitive content means ppl can choose to click or not, and keeps it a kinder space for all
