@lexipic absolutely. Be My Eyes may or may not be able to be held libable for this conduct. It happened on their platform. They had no security controls to keep it from happening. so could they be help legally responsible? Time will tell.

@lexipic@dragonscave.space This is why I use the free service for very limited things. I would never ever never ever use it for any sensative information!!

I think the Neo is the best product Apple has made this year.

a question for all of you. Let me give credit to the dev of Fastsm as they have attempted to fix this. unfortunately they can't reproduce my issue. Do the following can anyone reproduce this. 1 quote a post. Your comment is above the link perfect that is how it should be.
2 refresh the timeline or let it refresh the timeline it is still how it should be. again perfect.
3 close and reopen Fastsm. At that point your comment is below the link this only happens after the client is reopened. Does anyone have an idea why? Did I mess something up?

@JonathanMosen@caneandable.social Its sad. We just had someone on this past weeks AccessOn ask what happened if that happened. for those that held off it looks like it was the right move.

looks like there are nice updates in here.

@NikJov @prism @Lynn @lexipic I suspect they can. If they are recording ticktock feeds and its video I'm sure there is video that they can use. if it shows their username or part of their account they can track it it. They also need to have a zero tolerance policy for that. If we can prove you did this your removed. I said for years long before this came to light I would never use it for sensative data such as reading mail. This is why.

The likely hood the Penguins will win the series is slim.

@amir@dragonscave.space This has the hiss the Eloquence on the iPhone has. It is particular Noticeable on words with s in them. I did hear some popping. but the hiss is very noticeable.

if you have an intel based mac its time to upgrade.

@TheQuinbox @Jonathan @BTyson can you consider making something similar to Revo uninstaller? The difference is your uninstaller would be accessible and allow us to remove system shit like Game Bar which I don't want.

@munchkinbear@mastodon.stickbear.me @freedomscientific@mastodon.social @progressivecat@universeodon.com @AccessOn@nfb.social @startrek2025@mastodon.stickbear.me @darrell73@mastodon.online My opinion and simply only that is I suspect there is code that needs rewritten. As much as we would like it to happen in a day that isn't simply realistic. I knoww someone who has been a programmer for 38 years. they told me years ago you can't write good code in a day. Another thing to consider is if any new code has to be written that needs tested. My point is a lot goes into undoing something that never should've put in place to start with.
Replying to
@lexipic That is what I'm thinking. Even if you can get the platforms to take down the content it doesn't matter.

do these companies not test prior to releasing?
