@zem@beige.party @Tutanota@mastodon.social great privacy stack! I run Mullvad VPN and browser where possible as well as GrapheneOS as well, so something else to consider. Looking forward to Drive as well, since I use Proton for that right now. My kids are younger, but annoyingly use Google stuff at school.

Personally, I like it though. It would cost $$$ to have an employee monitor, meaning either:

1. They have less folks to make crap like Meta Glasses
2. They have charge people to use it Or
3. They start doing more nonsense with their data collection that will inevitability get them I'm trouble.

@jbz@indieweb.social this whole deal isn't really that hard... Just hold parents accountable for teaching kids about the internet. Don't Ban, but Teach. Have we learned nothing from all of the "burn all XYZ books" movements?

@LukefromDC@kolektiva.social @Em0nM4stodon@infosec.exchange in theory, anyways, you can ID Verify a Data only Sim, run your actual phone with VOIP, and keep a VPN on. That SHOULD work. I'm looking for anything to keep a grip on my privacy here in the US though, and its getting tougher.
