If we treated our junior devs half as nice as we do LLMs, we’d be better off as a society.

Been spending time creating skills and MCP servers for LLMs and it’s amazing how it boils down to devs just documenting the code (finally) and providing cheat sheets. Imagine what other people could do with those kind of resources.
